Coffee brings life to me. Malaysian coffee is too strong for me. Americano suits me better. If you didn't know, Americano was the coffee made for Americans who found the Expresso too strong. maybe Malaysians should also brew their own milder coffee and call it Kopi KL? What do you say?

Anyway, it's not easy to get good brewed coffee which is reasonably priced in Malaysia. So I've been searching for awhile. I find Illy coffee quite good, but prices differ from one place to another. It's not easy to compare prices as the cups are never standard in size. Illy is strong enough for me. The famous coffee joints don't make good coffee, unless you get the more expensive ones like Latte, etc.

So far, I've had Illy coffee at the Departure Lounge in Solaris Mont Kiara, and San Terri, the Gardens. They were not too expensive but tasty. I remember San Terri charges RM6.00 for Americano.

You can get cheaper coffee at Big Apple Donut, which is not too bad at RM4.50, with a free donut. Quite good taste too. Good value for money.
